NICO WOODS

Nico Woods is a results-driven civic leader with a proven record of translating performance, accountability, and execution into measurable public impact. He brings a rare blend of Fortune 500 sales leadership, including becoming the #1 sales representative nationally for his company, along with excellence in large-scale field operations, and community engagement to Victory of the People.

In the private sector, Nico is a top-performing sales leader known for building and managing high-performance teams, delivering consistent results, and operating with disciplined accountability. In civic leadership, he has applied those same principles to voter engagement, public outreach, and organizational growth.

Nico has helped register thousands of voters, led critical COVID-19 response and community data reporting efforts, and supported the successful election of more than 25 candidates across local, state, and federal races. His work emphasizes outcomes, coordination, and responsible use of resources, ensuring community input translates into effective decision-making.

Nia wilson

Nia Wilson is a strategic civic leader with experience across government operations, policy research, field leadership, and organizational governance. She brings a systems-focused approach to Victory of the People, grounded in accountability, stability, and public trust.

Her work spans federal and local government, large-scale field operations, and data-driven outreach, including managing constituent casework, coordinating housing and social services, refining voter engagement strategies, and operating in high-pressure environments during periods of civic unrest. She has supported communities through complex systems by ensuring access to resources, clear communication, and timely resolution.

Nia’s leadership began at a pivotal moment for Minnesota, when she independently organized voter registration and civic engagement efforts during a period of profound public reckoning. That experience shaped her commitment to independent, values-driven leadership focused on strengthening institutions, improving outcomes, and building durable pathways to opportunity, regardless of ideology.
