WHAT WE DO
INFORM
We build powerful social media and civic infrastructure that ensures communities are informed, connected, and positioned to lead. Through strategic media, storytelling, trusted voices, and digital influencers, we translate complex economic, technological, and policy realities into clear pathways for ownership, leadership, and participation in the future economy and innovation.
PREPARE
We equip candidates, youth, faith communities, and residents with the civic knowledge, leadership training, practical skills, and strategic capacity needed to serve their communities and guide local institutions. Through leadership development, community-based training, and hands-on preparation, we empower leaders to address real challenges — from community safety to economic opportunity — ensuring communities are prepared not only to participate in the future, but to actively shape and strengthen it.
ACTIVATE
We activate trusted networks through civic engagement, digital infrastructure, faith and cross-sector leadership to expand economic participation and accelerate innovation. By coordinating leaders across faith communities, business, and neighborhoods, we empower communities to influence policy, adopt future technologies, and shape the systems that drive economic growth and long-term stability.
STABILIZE
We stabilize communities by advancing strategic de-escalation, expanding ownership, and building pathways into a strong and thriving middle class. Through innovation, smart city solutions, workforce integration, entrepreneurship support, and leadership development, we strengthen African American economic power while reinforcing Minnesota’s long-term competitiveness and securing lasting stability and prosperity for all.
